ARN (Authorization Return Number) Before sending an item back to Discountdressup, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (ARN). The ARN# must be obtained from Discountdressup within 24 hours from the date of which the item(s) was DELIVERED as shown on the US Postal Service website. Discountdressup MUST RECEIVE the returned item(s) within 5 days from the date the ARN# was issued OR the item will be sent back to the sender. Please write the ARN on the OUTSIDE of the return package under your return address. All packages that DO NOT have the ARN# on the outside of the box below the return address WILL BE REFUSED and sent back to the sender.
